House rules
The house rules aim to ensure that all residents can enjoy the space and services in the best possible way, focusing on respect and the safety of all residents. A calm environment is encouraged to facilitate rest, and a clean space is maintained to ensure hygiene.
- Residents must be students (18 years or older).
- As Odonia Residence is a mixed residence, male and female areas (bathrooms and toilets) are clearly separated.
- Access to rooms by non-residents is not permitted during the night. Residents are advised to keep their rooms locked to prevent theft of personal belongings.
- Room use is exclusive to residents. It is forbidden to lend keys or allow entry to non-residents.
- Smoking, as well as the introduction or consumption of alcoholic beverages and toxic substances, is strictly prohibited within the premises.
- Odonia Residence is not responsible for possible damage to delicate clothing sent to the laundry service, nor for loss once clothing has been deposited in the room areas.
- Special dietary requirements that are properly justified by medical prescription will be accommodated at all times.
- Any violent behaviour, whether verbal or physical, as well as any confrontation with staff or other residents, will result in immediate expulsion.
- The dining hall closes daily at 23:00, after which residents must remain in their room areas.
- The residence cleaning service is responsible for weekly room cleaning. Residents are kindly asked to keep their rooms tidy to facilitate this work.
- Any noise or behaviour that may disturb rest or study must be avoided. From 23:00 onwards, silence is strictly enforced. Gatherings in rooms must always respect coexistence and the rest of other residents.
- All damages caused will be paid for by those responsible. If the responsible party cannot be identified, the cost will be assumed by the residents of the affected area.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Common areas must be kept in good condition.
- The management of Odonia Residence reserves the right to take necessary measures in the event of non-compliance with any of the above rules.
